We are seeking a Vice President of Operations to help bring our mission to life with operational excellence. This role will serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO, translating vision into action and ensuring that our operations, programs, and technology are all working in concert to maximize impact.

$110,000 – $130,000 based on experience

Food Connect is a nonprofit organization dedicated to bridging the gaps in our food system to build healthier communities. As we enter our next 3 - 5 year strategic cycle, we’re building toward national scale. To do this with intention, we need a VP of Ops that has implemented strong systems and smart infrastructure in multiple markets and is an operational leader who can bring it all together.
The VP of Operations will be responsible for scaling and strengthening Food Connect’s core infrastructure so we can deliver more meals, reduce more waste, and help more communities thrive across our 5+ markets. This role will lead cross-functional execution, manage national and regional operations, and ensure that our systems are ready to support exponential growth.
